The mayor perused the applications for residence in Millers Hollow, carefully evaluating each applicant for maximum amusement. He paused at one for a mad scientist, chuckled slightly, thinking that that was a fine addition to the town.

"Excuse me, sir, but there's a traveling salesman here to see you." [info]Jeeves walked into the mayor's office.

The mayor sighed, shook his head, "What's he selling [info]Jeeves?"

"Actually sir, I think you'll appreciate it, I've arranged for a demonstration of his wares. Go out on the balcony to see it"

The mayor grabbed his glass of wine and proceeded out the doors of the office to the balcony over looking the town square to see a Frenchman, curled mustache waxed exquisitely beaming up from down below.

"We we, monsieur, it is a pleasure to have ze opportunity to demonstrate my little item from France." the salesman shouted up towards the balcony.

The mayor scanned the town square, looking over the contraption to the left of the Frenchman. An Evil Ben clone lay locked into the machine.

"In France, monsieur," the salesman continued, "we call it the guillotine!" He pulled a rope and a blade screamed down the wood sides and into the Evil Ben's neck, his head bouncing across the town square.

The mayor turned towards [info]Jeeves, evil smile on his face. "Tell the man will take two."

"Very good, sir."
